There are three common manufacturing processes in pharmaceutical tablet manufacturing. The simplest and easiest processes involves Direct compression (DC) of powder materials. More complex specialised formulas such as those carried out by Sanjivani Pharmaceuticals require either dry granulation (DG) or wet granulation (WG). ​

Sanjivani Pharmaceuticals also specialises in complex formulations with multiple ingredients as well as combinations of herbs, vitamins and minerals within the same tablet, using DG and WG technologies if required. We also have the capability of conducting both granulation processes and at times within the same product as well.
